Screen Children® is a set of programs for the
assessment and treatment of screen addiction
in individuals of all ages and their families. The therapeutic methodology is entirely original, developed on the basis of global advancements in neuroscience as well as our own scientific and applied innovations.
Today, many people suffer from various psychosomatic symptoms related to screen addiction and/or screen trauma,
with children and teenagers being the most vulnerable.
Among the youngest children, these effects often manifest in diagnoses such as
ASD, ADHD, ODD, and broader developmental deficits.
The problem receives far too little attention, and there are attempts to normalize it and to use the concept of neurodiversity to convince us that every person has their deviations, which we should accept rather than treat. But this is not true. Screen addiction is capable of completely undermining a person’s health, relationships, and life as a whole.
We are committed to full recovery, not merely partial improvement of symptoms.
Our therapy is grounded in years of research and clinical experience. The methods we use are profoundly humane, integrating both technological and non-technological techniques. The programs are implemented through a franchise model based in Germany for the European market and under special conditions for those outside the EU.
The scientific foundation underpinning our therapeutic practice is published monthly in our
open-access journal Nootism,
available at www.nootism.eu
We strongly encourage all prospective partners to familiarize themselves with the philosophy and aims of the Screen Children® project.
